All Sales are Final

All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be given. However, if for some reason there is an issue with your order, please send an email to nikki@bespatteredfacade.com within 48 hours of delivery and I'll do my best to help.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or otherwise change your order, please send an email to nikki@bespatteredfacade.com immediately. Our ordering process is automated for vendor-made items and once it is set in motion, there is extremely limited time to cancel. Therefore, pre-shipment cancellation requests are never guaranteed but will always be attempted. 

Once a made-to-order item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled and all sales are final.

Once any order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and all sales are final.

Handmade Art

Please understand that handmade items and artwork are made by a human, and I make every effort to create and sell only the best quality items that I would actually buy for myself. That being said, due to their handmade nature, natural blemishes and imperfections may exist in handmade creations. These variations are not considered flaws, rather they are what make art and handmade items unique and one of a kind.

Colors

Actual colors may vary, this is due to the variety of monitor settings and variations in paint textures/finishes that I use in my art. All photos are intended to show the artwork as it appears in person, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Please feel free to send an email to nikki@bespatteredfacade.com if you have any questions about color before making your purchase.

Import Taxes and VAT

International customers are responsible for any required import taxes, fees, or VAT.
