Handmade Art: Please understand that all products and artwork are handmade, and I make every effort to create and sell only the best quality items that I would actually buy for myself. That being said, due to their handmade nature, natural blemishes and imperfections may exist in my creations. These variations are not considered flaws, rather they are what make art and handmade creations unique and one of a kind.

Colors: Actual colors may vary, this is due to the variety of monitor settings and variations in paint textures/finishes that I use in my art. All photos are intended to show the artwork as it appears in person, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about color before making your purchase.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or otherwise change your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and all sales are final.

Refunds: Due to the original and handmade nature of the art, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be given. However, if for some reason there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I will do my best to help.

Shipping: All items are finished and ready to ship (excluding commissions and custom orders), please allow 3-5 business days for processing. All orders are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided via email. Shipments valued at $200 or more may be shipped with USPS Signature Confirmation™ service and will require a signature at delivery.

Import Taxes and VAT: International customers are responsible for any required import taxes, fees, or VAT.
